滑模施工工艺对贮煤仓结构受力的影响分析

摘要:

为了研究滑模施工工艺对贮煤仓结构受力的影响,本文以内径18m贮煤仓为例,在贮料荷载作用下,对原设计结构和不同滑模施工工艺建造的贮煤仓进行有限元模拟计算。用一层“软混凝土”模拟不同滑模施工工艺在结构上产生的施工缝。通过分析得到不同滑模施工工艺建造的贮煤仓与原设计结构应力、应变的差异,为结构设计提供参考。

Abstract:

In order to study the impact of slip-form construction technology on coal storage structure stress. This article is based on 18m inner diameter coal storage bunker, under the storage loads, simulated the original design structure and different slip-form construction technology of building storage bunker. With a layer of "soft concrete" simulation the construction joint in different Slip-form construction Technology. Through the analysis will get the difference of stress and strain, between the different slip-form construction technology of built storage bunker and original design structure, provide a reference for structural design.
